Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) that was first reported from Wuhan, China, on 31 December 2019.
China and other countries are demonstrating that spread of the virus can be slowed and impact reduced through the use of universally applicable actions, such as working across society to identify people who are sick, bringing them to care, following up on contacts, preparing hospitals and clinics to manage a surge in patients, and training health workers.
However it is our individual responsibility to be precautionary about the spread of this virus.
It is highly advised to avoid travel to the maximum possible from the affected areas and/or to the affected areas.
Most of the countries had imposed ban on arrival of foreigners, and also had implemented strict procedures to scan and test virus.
