1. Strengthen your relationship with Almighty

Faith does not stay at one level. Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal, may Allah have mercy upon him, said, “Iman is speech and action. It increases and decreases. If you perform good deeds, it increases, and if you do wrong, it decreases.”

It is he, the only one, from whom we can seek real help. As Almighty Allah says in the holy quran 

“And seek help through patience and prayer, and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive [to Allah]”

Al Quran 2:45

Lets get closer to him by, 

  • Improving the quantity of our five daily prayers – and practise to make habit of praying Thahjud 
  • making dua for things both big and small 
  • Remember Allah by way of Dhikr
  • Reconnecting with the Quran – use the time of Quarantine as “QURAN-TIME”
  • Identifying and working on dropping one bad habit(s)

2. Take care of your health

Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, said,

“A strong believer is better than a weak believer”

This does not just apply to spirituality, but to our physical state as well. He also said,

“There are two blessings which many people waste: health and free time”

Commit to exercising more, even if that is parking your car further so you walk more. Or choose other simple ways to get some exercise in to build a stronger health. Take care of any health issues you may have been neglecting and make an appointment for that annual physical to make sure you are in top shape. Get enough sleep : During our work days, we have lot of stress due to several factors like travelling, work etc and loose our peaceful sleep. Use this quarantine period to get yourself enough sleep to start an healthy way of life after quarantine very soon in-shaa-Allah. Gardening or house cleaning activity would also add to your health keeping and also family happiness.

3. Spend time with Family 

Build your bond and understanding with your life partner, this is not just to be done during quarantine but must create an habit of spending time with family even after the quarantine period. Allocate No Gadget time and make a quality time with your family and children. Play indoor with your kids. 

4. Work for your Vision Plan 

As we spend most of our time in problem solving during our business days, it’s better to jot down our business vision and action plan to execute in a more better and easier way. most of the successful entrepreneurs have unique habit of reading a lot of books, so practise reading books.

5. Spend Productive time Online 

While the internet is seamless in today’s digital India, there are umpteen number of ways that you can spend productive time online sitting at home.

  • Learn a new Language

choose any course that you wish and make the best out of the time in a productive way.
